Hi,
I'm due to upgrade in 2 weeks. On the past, with other network providers, the upgrade deals have been pretty poor. They don't seem to be good deals to keep your loyalty.
Has anyone upgraded with ID, and are their deals good or disappointing?

Hoping other people can advise.
We usually offer competitive deals for upgrading, bearing in mind upgrading doesn’t require a new credit check etc.
Once you’re eligible, we’ll unlock offers you’re eligible for and you can choose from these.
If however, you’re not satisfied with the deal you aren’t obligated to complete this and you can request a PAC/STAC code once the contract has expired to port or cancel your contract.
