do u have to start a new contract when you change your plan

If I change my plan do I have to start a new contract or dose it just continue on the same contract until the end date for your upgrade 🤔

Hi @Rhysd642, it’s the latter - when simply changing your plan, your contract end date would remain the same. It would only be extended if you took out an upgrade. Hope this helps.
