End of contract

My contract with iD mobile is finishing at the beginning of May and I would like to switch to another provider, as I have found a better deal. I’ve read that we need to give 30 days notice to cancel our plan, but there’s no button to cancel my plan on the app - it only gives the option to contact iD mobile (contact centre currently shut so unable to do this). How can I end my contract while unable to contact them? Can I set a date for my contract to finish, so it covers me until the next plan starts?

Sorry to read your leaving us at iD Mobile.

Just to make sure you followed the right path - 

  • Log in to the iD Mobile App or My Account online
  • Go to the ‘My Account’ Page
  • On the ‘Manage my plan’ tile, select ‘End my plan’
  • Select ‘End your iD Mobile plan’ and follow the instructions

You should be able to see  ‘End your iD Mobile plan’ and follow from there.

Hello @Sathees Vetri,

If you look online in your iD My Account, you should find the end date for your contract in the My Plan area. 

Sign-in and go to My Account > My Plan.

You should see something like “and my contract ends on XX XXX XXXX” - anyway, good luck!
