I cannot access your online chat system... It's a mess...

I have the number [Removed] which expires on 03rd November n I'd like to move it over to the other contract I have with u... The number is [Removed]

We are sorry to hear about that issue, we will help you here. Is your old number with iD Mobile already or another provider? If it’s with us already we can’t move your number over to the other contract I’m afraid.

If it’s with a different network, do you have a PAC code from the other network? If so, you can submit this here: https://switching.idmobile.co.uk/
