Have upgraded my plan, my new sim isnt working, do i need to activate it?
I upgraded from a sim only deal to a 24 month handset contract, when my new sim arrived it wasnt working, do I need to activate the sim before i can use it?

If you open up the ID Mobile App (on Wi-Fi), it may give you an option there to confirm you're on the new SIM and get that up and running.
If you can't get on the App, or that's not showing as an option for you. Then please get in touch with our Social Media Team and they'll be able to take some details to locate your account and get that new SIM active for you.
