how can i change the username??

i registered my daughters sim card in my email address I've now got my own phone and sim with ID but im not able to register my phone as the email is already taken what do i do? i dont have another email address to use? i changed the details' on my daughters sim to her own email address but im still unable to register my own phone??

Hi @froggytori4,

Unfortunately, we cannot change the username once it has been set so you may want to use her email address as your username. 

You can still use your own email address as the contact email address for your online account, but the username will need to be different so a different email address will need to be used for the username of your own number.
