How can I check which which account number I was used.

Hi, I called ID customer service they are always busy. 

first of all They didn't pick customers phone😢. I am struggling with my cancellation and changing plan. I don't know how can I talk to them.live chat doesn't work.I paid each day with each call. My contract finished on 22th January. I am still charged. I overpaid £21.85

Frustrated moments 

Please let me know how can I stop/cancel my contract?

Hello @MSharda,

There’s no telephone customer service available from iD - you only get online support.

I’ve never had a problem using Live Chat on my laptop from a web browser. If you can’t use live chat, try contacting iD on one of their social media channels:

  1. Facebook
  2. twitter

I believe that iD agents are available on both these platforms 9am - 5pm most days.

Otherwise, you can wait for iD to respond here.

You will need to upgrade to a SIM only plan.

To do this, click My Account > Upgrade and find SIM Only when you’re logged into the iD account or via the app.
