Hi, I called ID customer service they are always busy.
first of all They didn't pick customers phone. I am struggling with my cancellation and changing plan. I don't know how can I talk to them.live chat doesn't work.I paid each day with each call. My contract finished on 22th January. I am still charged. I overpaid £21.85
