I logged in to my account and was offered £5 monthly rolling deal which has better features and is cheaper than my current plan. I entered my payment details then got a rejection email saying I’m not due an upgrade. However I have a monthly rolling plan. I logged in and found an alternative way to change plans so it will now cost £6. That’s a £1 more a month and I’m annoyed that this is wasting my time and money. I now want the £5 plan for £3 instead.

We’re sorry to hear about that. Do you have a copy/screenshot of the £5 plan mentioned? I ask this because we would like to check this out further because currently, the cheapest plan we offer is £6 and it has been this way for some time now.
In regards to the discount, your demand is not possible as we cannot amend the price of a plan I’m afraid.
