how to change from pay monthly to pay as you go

Hi,

 

I moved outside UK due to new job and wish to change my ID pay monthly plan to pay as you go since I still want to keep this number and some contact with UK. Can you help me on how to change it? Do I need a new SIM card or just some online operation is OK? Many thanks!

Hello, I bought a new plan from ID and I have an old plan. I would like to end the old one and transfer the old plan number to the new one, can I please

Hello @RUIDIE TANG 

It’s not possible to convert your SIM to PAYG unfortunately and vice versa.

If you wanted to cancel the account, this can be done in the iD app/account via My Account > End my plan

Thanks for reply. But I want to keep this number. if I end this plan, and buy a new ID mobile SIM card purely for pay as you go, can I transfer this number to the new PAYG SIM?

Hi @MOHAMAD TAMIM,

Are you wanting to transfer your old iD Mobile number to a new iD Mobile SIM?

Unfortunately internal number ports are not possible with iD Mobile, you would need to upgrade if you wish to keep the number.

Unfortunately , we cannot transfer the number from iD Mobile to another iD Mobile.
