I have a htc u play phone which I need to upgrade early as I constantly have to have it on charge

Did you purchase your phone contract from us? If so, you should be able to check your upgrade options using our iD Mobile app.
If you have a contract with another provider then we'll set you up with a contract and a brand new phone. Please check our website for our best deals. :)
