ID account


Hi, we got my daughter a phone last year through ID but can't remember login details. She is 10 and I assume it can't be through her details. I have an ID account but it is not on here and my husband may have set up. We can't go through forgot user name and password as there is a problem with the details we enter for phone number, name or date of birth and it stops us going further. Is there any other way of gaining access to the account? we would like to upgrade her phone but this seems impossible without access to her account.

With iD Mobile you can only have ONE plan per account - are you certain your daughter’s plan was registered for an iD My Account online?

If registration at https://my.idmobile.co.uk/web/cpw/pre-registration/-/registration/registerMyAccount doesn’t work, then maybe:

  • Try getting an upgrade via the telephone Sales Team on 020 7139 1397 (during normal office hours).
  • Contact iD via their social media teams on facebook or Twitter, for assistance.
