I have recently upgraded to a new contract bu I'm now unable to access any information on the app it's going back to an old defunct account

Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the app? Always worth a go

Can you confirm if you’ve definitely upgraded and not purchased a new contract?

We send a SIM card out with the order, can you confirm if you have only one active SIM card and that both SIMs are not active with 2 numbers?
