Just ordered and received wrong spec phone and contract

I've ordered and received my new phone but I ordered the wrong spec and will also need to alter my contract. As I can't talk directly to someone, can anyone help please?

Have you managed to get this sorted since?

If you ordered the incorrect contract, we can look at returning the old one so you can re-order the correct one required.
