I am upgrading from a monthly contract to a sim only and want to keep my old number.
what process do I need to follow when the new SIM card arrives?
so far I have put the new SIM card in the phone but it has a new number & when I go online my account still shows my old number and account

Hi Jujay.
Are both the SIM's you're referring to above on ID Mobile? If so, you may need to cancel the new one as what you're describing doesn't sound like an upgrade.
If you're not in a contract with an existing ID Mobile SIM, and you wish to do a plan change. You should be able to select a plan change from within the ID Mobile App.
To help us clear this up further it might be worth speaking to our team over social media if that's an option.
