my new Id sim isnt working

i upgraded my phone and they sent me a new sim card. however it isnt showing up in my phone. i switched back to my old sim and it works but thats the old plam so clearly they sent me a broken sim. what should i do. their live chat is neevr available.

What do you mean by the Live Chat is unavailable?

Are the agents busy? Once an agent is free, you should be able to initiate a Live Chat conversation.

When did you place the upgrade?

To confirm, the old plan is still showing in the app and also for MyiD?
