My Upgrade Phone won't connect to WiFi

Received new galaxy A51 on Friday. It will connect to WiFi but won't work when it's connected. Just says I have no connection all the time?

So now back to using my old Samsung S9? Not sure how to contact anyone for a replacement?

Hello @Caz Boyd,

 

Have you checked to make sure:

  1. Your WiFi isn’t down, try connecting a different device to your WiFi to confirm it’s working
  2. The Wifi password was entered correctly.

If it’s still not working despite a restart, let us know and we’ll advise further.
