new sim and no service! (upgrade)

Hi, I recently changed to a Sim only deal. Your CallCenter said I didn’t need to change to the new Sim that you sent me and also not to use the ID app for a while  until the new contract is in place. I received the new Sim card a few weeks ago and my phone has been fine but I checked the app yesterday for the first time and I now have no service. Help!

I received this text but it’s been over 24 hours:

 

 

Good news! Your new SIM card is now in the process of being activated. The SIM should be activated shortly, but this can take up to 24 hours. We'll send you a text message to confirm as soon as the activation is complete.

Hello @Ldaly,

It looks like you have activated your new SIM card following the upgrade.

Have you got the new SIM that was sent? If so, simply pop the SIM in the phone and it should be working.

The old SIM will have stopped working now.
