New sim upgrade not activating

Hi,

I upgraded my plan & I have had a message to say “Your sim is activated, you can start using it now”

however I have had no signal now for well over 24 hours, it doesn’t seem as if if it is actually activated, can’t get to speak to anyone so I’m stuck without a usable phone now & I don’t know what to do.

We’re sorry to hear about that. Have you still got the old SIM card? If so, does that work if you pop it into the phone?

My daughter has just upgraded to a new phone yesterday and has obviously kept the same number she has put in the new sim card which we activated last night but she still cannot get service. How long does this usually take?  I

Hello @suew,

It usually only takes an hour up to 24-hours at most if delayed.

Have you tried restarting the device?

Check both SIMs but keeping a record of which one the new one is just to avoid any mixups.
