Question

no customer loyalty

Why is it that the upgrade option for existing customers is exactly the same as for new customers? It doesn’t reward existing customers in any way whatsoever. 3 months ago my wife upgraded to a Samsung A71 and got 20gb of data and ended up paying less than she had been for 5gb. I look for the same deal and it’s more expensive than she paid for it, with a phone that is a 3 month older model now. The network obviously doesn’t care for existing customers!

Hi @Gp200ts1,

We are sorry for any frustration caused by the price of our plans. Prices often change in either direction, especially when there are offers available i.e near Black Friday so this may be a reason why a plan is now dearer than a few months ago. I’d recommend keeping an eye on the plans available in order to catch it if the price goes down.

Ryan

No need, it looks like I will change network as there are better deals with EE, o2 and 3.

Why iD Mobile?
