Upgrade time. I changed to ‘SIM only’. SIM arrived, but told that you can remain with your existing SIM and keep the new one as spare. You only need to ‘activate’ online. I did this. My plan has changed, but I am unable to make any calls!!!! The message ‘Not registered on network’ appears!!!
I acknowledge that it can take up to 24 hours to activate, but it has now been 2 days!
I have tried to remove the existing SIM and reinstall (and powered up and down to reboot), but to no effect.
How do I get on the network????
