'Not registered on network' after upgrade

Upgrade time. I changed to ‘SIM only’. SIM arrived, but told that you can remain with your existing SIM and keep the new one as spare. You only need to ‘activate’ online. I did this. My plan has changed, but I am unable to make any calls!!!! The message ‘Not registered on network’ appears!!!

I acknowledge that it can take up to 24 hours to activate, but it has now been 2 days!

I have tried to remove the existing SIM and reinstall (and powered up and down to reboot), but to no effect.

How do I get on the network????

@ADB Sounds like your old SIM has been deactivated after you switched to SIM only.

Have you tried using your new SIM as this should already active and ready to go? This will hopefully get you connected to iD's network promptly so you are able to use your plan.

Have you tried what @SamGo has suggested?

 

I’d recommend trying both the old SIM you already had and the new one to see if either of them work, if neither do please let us know and we can get in contact and investigate!
