Hi I am due to upgrade  in September but my phone is broken Is there any way to upgrade  early if I pay

Can you see any upgrade offers in the iD app (when you’re signed-in), or in your iD My Account online?

Hi @Sarah Spencer, upgrade options usually appear on your account in the last 60 days of your contract.
