Plan change. - incorrect allowance showing in phone settings

I upgraded my plan 28/03.2021. my new sim-only plan provides 5GB of data per month which is the amount shown in my on-line details. However, the amount shown on my phone settings is 2GB. What I would like to know is how do I get to speak to a human being at ID rather than a robot?

Hello @silvergb,

The amount shown in your app (iD app) is the correct amount.

The amount shown in your phone settings isn’t automatically detected.

You can manually set it to anything you want. even 50GB if you wanted.

The settings in the phone just provide you with the option to track your usage manually, but rely on you setting the correct billing dates and allowances.
