I have tried to upgrade my phone but I'm getting an email saying that you need to speak to me and a phone number to call. I have tried to call a few times, but it's not getting through. 

Why is it not letting me upgrade my phone?

I have done it twice, I would only like to have one new phone

You should call during normal office hours. Give them a ring anytime after 9am tomorrow morning. 👍
