I have upgraded for sim only deal, my question is it says 24 months contract, if I will want another deal let's say get a deal with the device, will I be able to switch before 24 months end?

NO, not unless you pay an early termination charge, to end your 24-month contract early.
iD Mobile normally offer you the opportunity to upgrade once you’re within the last 60 days of your contract.
