Sim only upgrade

Hi, so I'm due an upgrade from a sim only to a full contract on the 15th December 2019 🙂 so I'm well happy about that. The question I want answering is will I be able to choose any handset I want or will I have ones offered to me? Will there be a credit check to determine this or will it be how good of a customer I have been? Or a bit of both.

When you will be eligible you will be able to see all your upgrade options in iD Mobile app. They will be offered to you. However, if you don't find there what you are looking for you can call them at 7777 and they will find the perfect solution for you.


If you're on a SIM only plan and you had it for 6-months, a credit check is not carried out as iD Mobile just look at your payment history to ensure you have made payments on time.
