Hey, so on the ID Mobile app i chose to upgrade my plan to the 20GB for £8 'Sim only Upgrade' deal.Does this mean that they send a new sim card to my address that i install to give me the 20GB or does it change the plan through the app and it gives me 20GB after the delivery time of the order and bills me more? im very confused as i ordered it before this months renewal and now it has renewed as my previous deal 3GB and im not sure if i was meant to get a new sim card or just an upgrade on the app
