Sim Stop working after upgrade request

Can anyone help me out, its Saturday, I requested a sim only upgrade and my current sim just stop working, I got an email stating your new sim will be with you in 3 working days. At the time of upgrade communication sales agent told me your current sim will remain active and you don’t need to even instal new sim. Am worried as my current sim stop working and idk when new gonna come. Any chance I can get this back to life???

Hey @khurram0988, that’s peculiar; by default, the existing SIM would remain active. We wouldn’t activate the new SIM from our side.

Unfortunately, once a SIM has been deactivated, it’s essentially dead and can’t be used again, so you’ll need to wait for the new SIM to arrive.
