Taken out a new line instead of an upgrade

I have taken out a new plan instead of upgrading and want to keep my old id number.  How can I change this

Hi @MAYZING, it’s not possible to internally transfer a number from one iD Mobile line to another, I’m afraid, so you have a few options here:

 

You can return the new line (though this won't be possible if you're outside of your return period) and then upgrade the existing line as originally planned.

You can disconnect the old line, losing that number, and use the new number instead.

Or, you can transfer your existing number to the new line, but it's not possible to do this internally, so you'd need to use another network SIM as a stepping stone.
