Two Accounts?

I have purchased a new mobile phone as I did not realise I should have “upgraded”.

I now have two contracts instead of doing a the plan change/ upgrade on my existing account.

(I am not a techy person, and usually go to Car Phone Warehouse to sort these things for me).

 

How can I cancel the old sim only contract for £5 pm, but keep my number?
