hi, my new upgrade is not showing on my app.
the new sim is active as well as the old one.
at the beginning i thought i did not meed a new sim as i was already on the network
at the moment the two sims are active and it seems i am paying twice,
all i want is one number, one account, one bill.
please respond asap as today is the deadline for billing.
i will have to cancel one direct debit!
