two billing accounts instead of one

hi, my new upgrade is not showing on my app.

the new sim is active as well as the old one.

at the beginning i thought i did not meed a new sim as i was already on the network

at the moment the two sims are active and it seems i am paying twice,

all i want is one number, one account, one bill.

please respond asap as today is the deadline for billing.

i will have to cancel one direct debit!

Hi there.

First of all.  I’ve changed your username from the mobile number you had entered to “StrawberryMilk”.  Just a random word to shield your private mobile number from being displayed publically to everyone on the internet.

We will privately message you shortly to get more information from you as it seems you’ve simply purchased a new SIM/ contract instead of doing a plan change/ upgrade on your existing account as you had intended for.
