upgrade in lockdown

Hi,

I am due to upgrade, but I am currently at different address. I understand that you can not change the address on delivery but I am currently not at home and your Life chat is not working. Is there any way I can get a mobile order to store and pick it up?

The nearest place offer curbside pick up.

Hi @zuxedge,

Unfortunately we’re unable to move the delivery to a store once it has been dispatched and new items can’t be delivered to a Carphone Warehouse store for collection as they are currently closed (in England at least). We will send you a PM now to see if we can change the delivery address on this occasion.
