upgrade not processing on ID app

Have been trying to upgrade to this plan and nothing happens, my screen just goes blank after brief period of green dots circling on screen.

Hello @Dave europarcs,

 

Try doing this on the Website to see if this works.

 

Try also clicking Via All deals and then browse the SIM only deals to see if you can manually select that one.
