I'm due a upgrade today but its not showing up on my ID app can anyone help?

Wait until tomorrow? Even if you order now, delivery won't be until Tuesday at the earliest (same if you ordered tomorrow or Monday).

Are you sure today is definitely your upgrade date? What plan are you currently on?
