Upgraded Plan, iD Mobile App not updated

I recently upgraded my plan and when I go onto the homepage of my ID app it says 9gb when I paid for 12gb and instead of 7 pound a month it says 9 pound a month.

Okay @Tahmid, after a plan change or upgrade it often takes iD Mobile’s systems up to 24 hours to sync properly and reflect the changes you made in the iD App and iD My Account online.

But I upgraded 2 days ago and I’m not sure where the 9 pound came from

Okay @Tahmid, in that case ask iD to look at your account. 

Get in-touch with an iD agent using the online chat service at https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat, or contact iD privately using facebook or Twitter.

It’s best to contact iD between 9am - 8pm weekdays (9am - 6pm weekends) - so you can deal with a real person.
