Recently I went in to Carphone Warehouse, and upgraded my account for higher data allowances. I was told to swap the old SIM for the new SIM the shop staff gave me when the old one stopped working. Well, today, (Sunday 3rd June) the old SIM stopped working, so when I got home from a busy day, swapped in the new card. My phone reported no service. Checked the card in my partners phone (which is unlocked) and it did not work there either. Please advise how I can get the card working, as it is quite important for me at work to have my phone functioning! Not happy about potentially losing a day or two without my phone due to ID issuing me a bad card. I DID mention its kind of important I have a working phone for work?

We'd recommend contacting us on Live Chat so we can get the SIM activated for you.
