Upgrading asking for bank details?

I need to upgrade my package but when I go via my app it asks me to input my bank details - as it is an upgrade only why do you need them as you already have them?

 

Also with the 30 day rolling sim only - is that rolling data or rolling contract length (IE not tied in to long term)

You could try calling the Sales Team on 020 7139 1397 to ask about your upgrade.

The 30 day rolling plan means you’re committed for 1 month, after which you can leave by giving notice, submitting a PAC or STAC.
