upgrading from SIM only to monthly phone plan

i joined ID with a monthly phone plan for 24 months in 2016 after paying it off for 2 years, i then switch to a SIM only plan which i have been using, i now want to upgrade to an iphone 13 monthly phone plan but when i check the upgrade eligibility it only shows me cheap phone like motorola. what can i do to upgrade to an iphone 13 and still keep my ID number

Buy the iPhone you want - SIM Free - from iD or somewhere else.

Apple’s UK online store has an purchase option to spread the cost over 24 months, using a 0% APR (interest free) loan - e.g. from £32.45/month for 128GB model.

Hey @Adeyinkka oladipupo, the upgrade deals you’re shown are based on the results of the initial credit check we carried out when you joined us.

If you can’t see the phone you want as an upgrade, you could cancel your current line and place a new order, but that would result in a new credit check and a new number.
