Upgrading to a SIM only?

Hi my contract is soon to end, can you change over to sim only deal? or do you have to cancel contract to then take out sim only deal 30 day contract?

Welcome to our iD Community.

You should be able to log into your app/account and find an option to upgrade/change to a SIM-only plan.

This will keep your number and change you over to the chosen tariff.
