What happens at the end of my contract if i don't upgrade?

Hi

My contract ends in oct 20 but i want to continue after that date on a sim only deal, as no need to upgrade my handset.

Will I auto revert to a monthly sim only deal when my contract ends? or do i have to set this up ahead of my contract ending?

Hi @rock_on1985,

 

If you do nothing, it will continue as it i now.

 

What we’d recommend doing come October is logging onto the iD Mobile App and finding yourself a great SIM only upgrade or tariff change. That way you can keep the handset you’ve got, and lower your costs and more often than not increase your allowances at the same time.

Hi!

My SIM only 12-month contract ends on September 12th.

Do I need to refresh to a new contract, or does my number expire when the contract ends.

If not, can I get the same data rollover on a monthly deal?

When your contract ends, you’ll automatically switch to a rolling one-month version of your 12-month plan.

The plan’s allowances and mobile number stay the same.

Once you’re into the last 60-days of your contract ending 12-Sep-2022, the iD App and your iD My Account online will show you your upgrade options, which you’re not obliged to use.
