Why cant i change plan of an existing number to one I have just purchased?

I already have 1 sim only deal and have just bought a second from you for my other child. I want to upgrade the first plan to be the same but this plan is not offered to me when I try and change plan! How can I move my daughter to be on the same plan? Very frustrating!!!!

Request that they change your plan to the one you want. As long as it is a plan offered on the idmobile.co.uk website I don’t think there will be a problem. If they refuse, get a PAC and take your custom else where as the same deals are being offered by several other networks anyway.

No, contract has ended - I see a few plans I can switch to but not the same plan I can get if I get a new one!
