How come my bills keep going up even though |I use the phone LESS, that’s twice this MONTH I’ve paid the bill even though I hardly use the phone , |Then it says it will be due again in 5 days ? that will be 3 times in 1 month ??? There has to be a mistake here?? IS there no-one I can speak to???

You shouldn’t be billed 3 times in one month.
Have you recently changed your direct debit date at all? Have you missed any previous bills recently?

No, I havent changed anything I pay monthly SIM only deal it should be on the 17th of each month ?tHIS MONTH iI have been charged twice once for £3.90 and a week later for £13.00 when I should only be paying £8.00 a month? This can’t be right??
Hi Will, Plus I hardly use my phone mostly Text only, It seems the less I use it the more I get charged? Surely something Wrong here/
