I can't get into App for 5 days, unable to login. Customer service (if you can call them that) are useless. Think its time to go to another provider, but can't close account down.

If you’d like to switch your number to another network, you can request a PAC or STAC from us, which you can provide to your new network. Once processed, it will automatically cancel your iD Mobile plan.
