As for so many others, I can’t log into my account via the app or via the website. I just get stuck in an endless loop coming back to the ‘please enter your email’ screen and data entry box.
Looks like the security features haven’t been set up properly? I last had this problem months ago, so its really disappointing to experience a recurrence.
As the app (my phone runs on Android) is all down to ID Mobile, there’s no question of variations between browser. I use Firefox running under Windows 10 on my pc, so hardly an unusual configuration.
Any ideas for what, how and/or who to kick here? Not a lot one can do to a custom app as a user.
