Need help from an ID member of staff because I’m stuck in an endless loop.

 

I have received a replacement SIM at the same time as needing to re-register for my ID Mobile Account.

 

I cannot re-register online or via mobile because I can’t receive the verification text (SIM inactive).

I cannot activate the SIM because I cannot access my online account.

We do have a website to activate SIMs without registering for the iD Mobile app or My Account Online.

For me, I have an option to send an email to the one linked to my plan. Hopefully you have the same!

If not, chat with our Live Chat team, you’ll have to type “Speak to someone” a couple of times to get through to an agent, who will run through security and help you activate your SIM.
