Probably quicker to get help with this if you contact the iD Mobile customer support team, using their online Live Chat service, Facebook Messenger, or X (formerly Twitter) - the iD advisers work until 8pm on weekdays.
Tell the 24/7 iD chatbot you want to “talk to a person” - repeat a few times though.

I am trying to log into account. Received the details don't match error. Tried app, tried web-based and still same error. I have double and triple checked. Details I am entering are right.
Tried live chat, waited 45 minutes for an advisor and cut off. Tried again and still can't get through to a human.
Driving me mad and I urgently need to check my roaming settings. Can anyone help.
