My pay was late and my direct debit didn't go through. I've been sent a text saying that my account has been suspended until I pay but I can't get into my online account to pay. If I pay over the phone, it will take 3-5 days to clear. I've been trying to access my online account for days.

I can now confirm that for registered customers, you should be able to login now on the app and website. Additionally, unregistered customers should now be able to register and login via our web-page (not on the app just yet).
