upgrade

I placed my upgrade order yday around 12am . I had two emails one confirming order the other saying it had been processed and I'd get another email when dispatched.  Well it should be next day delivery but I've heard nothing so it clearly isn't coming today.. 

So I want to what is happening 

You took the money out my bank for the upfront payment so where is my phone.

With your order reference number to-hand, perhaps contact the iD Mobile sales team about this - call 020 7139 1397. 

The advisers work between 9am - 6pm.

Okay @Donnarobbo88, the iD staff usually read forum posts once-a-day, but less frequently is not uncommon. They seem about 4-5 days behind real-time at the moment. 

You’ll hear back from iD sooner using their online Live Chat service, otherwise sending a private message using Facebook Messenger, or X (formerly Twitter) can be more efficient than this forum.
