Access to my account - without Sim

Hi. I need access to view my phone bill I do not have access to the Sim. As I am using a different sim altogether, How may I access my online account with out having to wait for a confirmation number on the ID sim? thank you

Please can you confirm if you are trying to reset your password for the iD Mobile account or are you trying to reset your password for another account with a different company?

I don’t know now how can I reset the password of my website

Unfortunately, I got the same problem some days ago can’t be getting the confirmation code on my sim i was resetting the password of one of my website.

Hello @cjmessa80,

It’s not possible to access the iD account without a SIM unless you already know the password of the iD account set-up.

 

When you say “you do not have access” what do you mean by this? 

Have you lost the SIM or just currently away from the SIM temporarily?
