Account help please

I know my account number and mobile number, but I cannot access my.account as I dont know the password and I can't access the email used originally to set up.  The sim card of the account I need to access is lost. I am going around in circles, please help.

Hello @Tinamob,

The code is texted to the SIM and no longer having the email shouldn’t matter as the username is only a text username used for log-in purposes. You can always update the contact email but the log-in email will always remain the same.
