I signed up to Id two months ago. I’ve been unable to view any detail on my account since I signed up to Id, with my account both online and on the app showing an error message, like the one attached. Would you be able to look into this for me?

Hello, I closed my account with you a few months ago and I’ve noticed on my credit report there is an outstanding payment of £5 which is affecting my credit score. I have tried many routes of trying to talk to someone about this but with no success.

 

 Could someone please look into this and if I need to pay this then I will to close the account.
